Midwest Bounty RoundUp

Welcome!

The Midwest Bounty RoundUp is a weekend retreat from April 22-24, 2022 designed to encourage, empower, and equip faith-based equine ministries. This retreat will be held at Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch in Minnesota. Whether you lead, volunteer for, or are interested in starting a equine ministry, we made this with you in mind!

Equip your ministry with workshops focused on horses, faith, family, ministry, and how to find the harmony between them all!

Empower you and your team to continue the good work that God has called you to in Equine Ministry.

Encourage and be encouraged by personal time with the Lord as well as by others working and serving in the Kingdom.

Engage with local ranch and farm owners, workers, instructors, supporters, and those just learning about Equine Assisted Ministry!

Weekend Schedule

Friday:

• 1pm – Check in *Please eat before you arrive at the Ranch, lunch is not provided on Friday
• 2pm – Welcome Session
• 3-5pm – Coffee and Snack / Free Time (unpack, explore, or connect with other ranches)
• 3-5pm – (Optional) Art Experience
• 5:30-6:30pm – Dinner
• 7-9pm – Evening Session: Welcome to Base Camp
• 9-10pm – Social Hour – S’mores, Hot Chocolate, and Snacks

Saturday:

• 7-7:45am – Rise & Shine Movement
• 8-8:45am – Breakfast
• 9-9:30am – Worship & Devotional 
• 9:45-10:30am – Breakout Session 1

• 9-10pm – Social Hour – S’mores, Hot Chocolate, and Snacks

Sunday:

• 7-7:45am – Rise & Shine Movement

• 9:30am – Cowboy Church
• 10:30am – Prayer Breakouts
• 11:30am – Check-out

Food & Lodging

For food & lodging we have three options:

1. Miracle Lodge room with private bath – 2
   nights, 5 meals, weekend conference ticket:
   $285/person
2. Dorm/Cabin – 2 nights, 5 meals, weekend
   conference ticket: $220/person
3. No lodging – Saturday conference ticket with 3
   meals: $125/person

Price is per person for the whole package, not per room or per night.

The Miracle Lodge is hotel-style lodging with private bathrooms. Bedding and towels are furnished. Sleep 4-6. There are only 27 rooms, so space is limited.

The dorms and cabins are bunk-style lodging with shared restrooms/showers a short walk away. Bedding is not provided. Sleep 8-10.

Registration

Please register as soon as possible as spots are limited for overnight guests!

The early bird registration is due March 1, 2022 and the final registration deadline is April 4, 2022.
